The UKTC South provides Taekwon-Do for all ages.
There are classes all over Hampshire. A class will soon be opening in Fleet. Look at the schedule page on the website for details of where and when the classes are. First lesson is free so come along!

Taekwon-Do is a Korean Martial Art or method of Unarmed Combat designed for the purpose of self-defence. However, it is more than just that. It is the scientific use of the body in the method of self-defence; a body that has gained the ultimate use of its facilities through intensive physical and mental training.
