Photographic Exhibition in Farnborough

Posted by Administrator : Thursday 11th April 2013

No Briton Is An Island - Through My Eyes - Rituals Of Recreation -  A Photographic Exhibition

The three separate exhibitions on show : No Briton is an Island, Through my Eyes, Rituals of Recreation are all very different in content and context but what they all have in common is the way in which the photographers have employed the art of photography in order to construct a visual narrative.

Photography is very much about telling stories with images and those that excel in the medium are often those who are able to condense a story into a single still image. Many of the exhibitions that are presented by The Photographic Angle feature images that are taken by individuals or communities who are seeking to capture the definitive story of their everyday lives and their images are testament to the delicate relationships that they have with their environment.

We are making a wide range of photography available for the enjoyment and education of everyone - for free. All of our exhibitions are free to enter and we also encourage all visitors to send in their own work via our website for possible inclusion in one of our later exhibitions also for free.

This is a collaborative TPA touring exhibition created and supported by The Photographic Angle.
